Demo build on sample data

Bilingual AI Voice Agents for a Saudi Financial Services Group

Three voice agents, one for each business line, that speak Gulf Arabic and English.

This is a demo build. It runs on sample data that the system generates, and no real customer records are involved. We keep the group's name private.

The problem

The group runs several subsidiaries. We built for three of them: Islamic insurance (takaful), consumer finance, and money transfer.

Each one gets a steady stream of calls that sound simple but take time. Where is my transfer? What does my policy cover? How far along is my finance application?

Customers switch between Arabic and English in the same sentence. A phone system that only handles one language, or handles Gulf Arabic badly, pushes them to hold for a person.

And a sales demo with empty screens doesn't help anyone picture how it would feel on a real call.

What we built

We built a separate voice agent for each of the three subsidiaries. Each one has its own named persona, so the takaful agent sounds like part of the insurance business, and the transfer agent like part of the remittance business.

All three speak Gulf Arabic and English. They switch between the two naturally, following the caller, without asking them to pick a language first.

We also built a demo mode. It generates realistic sample customers and accounts, so anyone testing the agents can have a real conversation about a policy, an application or a transfer and get believable answers back.

What's in it

  • Three agents, three personas. One each for takaful, consumer finance and money transfer.
  • Gulf Arabic and English. The agent follows the caller as they switch, mid-call if needed.
  • Policy questions. Coverage and common policy questions on the takaful side.
  • Finance applications. Where an application stands and what's still needed.
  • Transfer status. Where a transfer is and what happens next.
  • Demo mode with sample data. Realistic customer and account records generated on the fly, so testers aren't talking to an empty system.

What it would take to go live

A demo shows the shape. Going live means fitting it to how the business actually works.

We learn the business first. We sit with the team that handles these calls today. What do customers ask most? When does a call need a person? What can the agent say, and what should it never say?

We build to spec. The agents connect to the real policy, finance and transfer systems instead of sample data. The rules for handoff, verification and escalation are written with the business.

Live in about 10 days. Once the scope and access are agreed, a first agent is usually live in about 10 days.

The client owns their data. Call records, transcripts and customer data belong to the business. We don't reuse them for anyone else.

If you run a finance, insurance or remittance business, our AI phone agent page covers the voice side in more detail.
