Car Wash Analytics for Multi-Location Operators

When you run one wash, you can stand at the tunnel and feel how the day is going. At ten sites, you can't. You find out a site had a bad month when the bank deposit comes in.

We build car wash analytics that show every site, every day, on one screen. Car counts from the cameras you already have, membership data from your POS, and call results from your phones.

What you see

Car counts by lane and hour

TrixLink, our camera analytics, counts cars from your existing cameras. You get counts by lane, by hour and by site, without new hardware. See camera analytics.

Membership trends

New members, cancellations, pauses and declined cards, pulled from your POS or membership system where it allows a connection. You see which sites grow members and which leak them.

Phone and save results

If you use our AI phone agent, every member call is logged: what the caller wanted, whether a save offer was made, and whether it worked.

Every site on one dashboard

Car counts, members, calls and revenue in one executive dashboard, with a view for each site and one for the whole group.

The numbers worth watching

Most multi-site operators track some version of these. We build the reports around the ones you already use.

  • Cars per day, per site. The base number everything else hangs on.
  • Member share of washes. How many cars through the tunnel are members versus retail.
  • Membership conversion. Retail customers who sign up, by site and by shift.
  • Churn and saves. Cancellations, the reasons given and how many were saved.
  • Peak hours. When the line backs up, so you can staff the right shifts.
  • Cars per labour hour. Traffic against staffing, site by site.

Some of these need data from more than one system. That's the point of putting them on one screen: the POS knows about members, the cameras know about cars, and neither knows about the other.

Why cameras you already have

Many camera analytics vendors quote new hardware for every site before analytics can start. We build on the cameras you already own, as long as they give a usable view of the lanes or tunnel entrance. We confirm that on the first call.

That keeps the cost of a test low. You can try counts at two or three sites and decide from there. Read how AI on car wash cameras works in practice.

Spot problems the same week

Analytics only help if someone acts on them. So we set up alerts as well as reports.

  • A site's car count drops well below its usual pattern for that day
  • Cancellations spike at one site
  • Calls go unanswered at a location
  • A lane shows long waits during a peak

Alerts go to the site manager, the area manager or you, depending on the rule. The weekly report shows what happened and what changed.

Built for groups, not one site

Multi-site groups often run a mix of POS setups, camera brands and membership plans, especially after an acquisition. We map each site's data to one set of definitions, so a "member wash" means the same thing everywhere.

Each site gets its own view. Area managers see their sites. Owners see everything. Access is set by role, and you own your data.

Our systems are used by Drive & Shine and the Express Wash Concepts brands, including Moo Moo Express, Flying Ace, Clean Express, Green Clean Express and Bee Clean Express.

Start small

A typical start is car counts and a daily report at a few sites. Once the numbers match what you see at the tunnel, we add members, calls and the rest of the group. See how a pilot works.

Frequently asked questions

Still unsure? Ask us directly.

Do I need new cameras for car counts?

Usually not. We build on your existing cameras if they give a clear view of the lanes or tunnel entrance. We check your setup on the first call.

Which POS systems can you pull membership data from?

It depends on whether your POS or membership system lets us read the data. We confirm that for your setup before quoting, and tell you up front if a system has no way in.

Can I see each site separately and the whole group together?

Yes. Each site has its own view, and the group view rolls them up. Area managers can see just their sites.

How is this different from the reports in my POS?

Your POS knows about transactions and members. It doesn't see cars that didn't buy, phone calls or what happened in the lane. We combine those sources so you can compare them site by site.
