Why we started
Our founder kept seeing the same thing. A business would buy an AI tool, run it for a few months, then quietly stop using it.
The tool usually wasn't broken. It was built for everyone, which meant it was built for no one. It didn't know how that business took bookings, priced its work or ran its stores. So staff worked around it, and the money was wasted.
We started Trilix to fix that. Most operators already have plenty of software. What they need is better execution. So we learn how your business actually runs and build AI into the way it operates. We focus on practical use cases with a clear payback you can measure.
How our systems work
Every Trilix build follows the same loop. It monitors activity across your systems and channels. It detects exceptions, delays and risks. It acts by starting the right task. It escalates urgent cases to the right person. And it reports to leadership in dashboards and summaries.
You stay in control. Actions are logged and reviewable. People review sensitive workflows. Access is set by role, and you own your data.
How we work with you
We build to your spec, and you approve it before we start. We start with one workflow and move fast, then add the next piece once the first one earns its place. A monthly maintenance fee covers updates, audits and support.
