Integrations
The systems our client builds connect to today, and the case study or page that shows each one. We build on the tools you already run instead of asking you to replace them.
What do Trilix builds connect to?
QuickBooks
Daily POS sales, payments and fees posted by location, card deposits reconciled and a review queue before anything posts.
POS data
Sales, tickets and payments read through the POS’s official connection or its scheduled exports. Used for accounting automation, store reports and checks against camera counts.
Your existing phone lines
The AI phone agent works with the numbers you already have. You decide when it answers and when calls ring the store first, and transfers go to the person you choose.
Your existing cameras
Camera analytics runs on the cameras already covering your bays or lanes. We check angles and coverage on the first call and say what we can measure.
WhatsApp
A chairman overseeing 11 businesses works with his AI executive assistant on WhatsApp or by voice, whichever suits the moment.
Jira and Slack (read-only)
The same assistant reads Jira and Slack so it knows what each team is working on. The connection is read-only and changes nothing in either tool.
How do we connect to your systems?
Official connections first
We use each system’s API, webhooks or official integration where it has one, with access limited to what the build needs.
Scheduled exports where there’s no API
Many systems can export a report on a timetable. We read those files instead of asking you to change software.
Read-only when that’s enough
If the system only needs to see data, the connection can’t change anything in your tools.
Told before we quote
If a system has no way in, we say so on the first call and suggest the next best route.
Integration questions
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly or call 416-262-2723.
Do you replace our POS, phones or accounting software?
No. We build on the systems you already run, through their official connections or scheduled exports.
My system isn’t listed. Can you connect to it?
Often, yes. This page lists what our client builds connect to today, not everything we can reach. We confirm what’s possible with your system on the first call, before quoting.
Can a connection be read-only?
Yes. Where reading is all the system needs, the connection is read-only, like the Jira and Slack connections for a UK holding group.
What happens when one of our systems updates?
Updates can break an integration quietly. We monitor connections after launch and fix what breaks as part of the monthly fee.
Who owns the data that moves between systems?
Your business does. We use it only to run your system, access is set by role and actions are logged.
