These terms apply to your use of trilix.ai (the "site"), operated by Trilix AI ("Trilix", "we", "us"), a company based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our services are covered by separate agreements
The site describes the AI systems we build and run, such as phone agents, camera analytics, dashboards and workflow automation. Any work we do for you, including pilots, is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read and share our content, and use our free tools for your own business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems or other users' data
- disrupt the site, for example with malware, excessive automated requests or attempts to overload it
- copy large parts of the site to republish them as your own, or present our content as yours
- submit false information when booking a call or contacting us
Automated crawling for search engines and AI assistants is welcome, as described in our robots.txt file.
Content is general information
Articles, guides, comparisons and other content on the site are general information about running and improving business operations. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice for your specific situation. We work to keep content accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time.
Comparison pages describe other companies' products based on publicly available information on the date we checked it. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products.
Calculators and estimates
Tools like the missed call calculator produce estimates from the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown on the page. Results are illustrations, not promises of what you will earn or save. Real results depend on your business.
Booking calls and contacting us
When you book a call through our scheduler (provided by Calendly) or contact us by email or phone, we use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party tools on the site are subject to their own terms.
Intellectual property
The site, including its text, graphics, logos, product names (such as Trilix AI and TrixLink) and code, belongs to Trilix AI or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Apart from the uses allowed above, you need our written permission to use it.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Links to other websites
The site links to websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Trilix AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or its content, even if we were told they were possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and we agree to the courts of Ontario for any dispute about the site or these terms, unless the law of your location gives you a right to use your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
