Mohammad Khoja
Founder of Trilix AI, a custom AI company based in Vaughan, Ontario. I take the first call with every new client, write the spec with them and stay on the project after it goes live.

What I do at Trilix
I started Trilix AI because I kept watching operators buy an AI tool, use it for a few months and quietly stop. The tool usually worked. It just didn't know how that business booked jobs, priced work or ran its stores. Built for everyone ends up built for no one.
So at Trilix we start with how the business runs. On the first call I show what we've already built for businesses like yours, then we sketch a one-year roadmap together: what to build first, what comes next and how it fits the tools you already pay for. From there I write the spec, our team builds it, and most first builds are live in about 10 days.
After launch I stay close to the work. A monthly maintenance plan pays for fixes, small changes and the next item on the roadmap.
What I've built with clients
Client names stay private, but these write-ups describe real, running systems:
- An AI front desk for a multi-store quick lube in Texas. A phone agent, plus a second AI that audits its calls every 2 hours during shop hours. That audit caught the first model ignoring some booking rules, so we moved the agent to a stronger one.
- An AI executive assistant for a UK holding group running 11 businesses: one tracker, team check-ins and a daily wrap for the chairman.
- Digital inspections for an Ontario housing co-op, replacing paper binders with one system and repair lists that build themselves.
- Camera AI for a quick lube and car wash operator, with daily and weekly reports that send themselves.
- AI call handling for a two-store tire shop in the US Southeast, live since October 2026.
We also make demo builds for prospects on sample data. Those are labelled as demos on every page, and I keep them out of any claim about results.
What clients say
One auto repair shop owner in the US posted this about us on LinkedIn: "They can build out anything. It started out just automating some reports. And then I was like, hey, can you do this? He's like, absolutely." (LinkedIn post)
What I write about
I write the Trilix blog. Most of it comes from questions operators ask me on calls:
- What missed calls cost a quick lube or tire shop
- The best AI receptionist for auto shops, including where other tools fit better than ours
- Quick lube KPIs and bulk oil variance
- Car wash membership churn
- A multi-location dashboard for auto service
- AI property inspections
When I compare our work with another vendor, I link the vendor's own page for every price and feature, and say plainly that we wrote it.
Where I work
I'm based in Vaughan, in the Toronto area. Most of our client work is in the United States, and we also work with businesses in Canada, the UK and Europe. Around the GTA I'm happy to come to your location. Everywhere else we work over video.
