AI Voice Agents and Automation for Toronto and GTA Businesses

Trilix AI is based in Vaughan, Ontario. We build custom AI voice agents, workflow automation and dashboards for businesses across Toronto and the GTA.

If your phones ring while your team is busy, or someone spends Friday afternoon copying sales into QuickBooks, that's the kind of work we take off your plate.

What we build for GTA businesses

AI voice agents

An agent that answers your phone 24/7 in a natural voice. It answers questions, books appointments, takes messages and transfers callers to the right person with a short summary. Each location gets its own hours, services and prices. More on our AI phone agent.

Workflow automation

The repetitive work between your systems. POS sales into QuickBooks. Review requests after a visit. Weekly reports that build themselves. Follow-ups that go out on time. See workflow automation.

Dashboards

Every location on one screen, from the data you already have in your POS, phones and accounting. See the executive dashboard.

Why a local team helps

Plenty of AI tools are sold online with a signup form and a help centre. Some of them are good. But when your agent gives a wrong answer at 8 a.m. on a Saturday, you want someone you can call.

We're in Vaughan, so for most GTA businesses we're a short drive away. We can come to your store, sit with your managers, listen to real calls and see how the work actually gets done. That's usually where we find the problems a demo never shows.

We also work in the same time zone as you, so support happens during your business hours.

Who we work with

Most of our work is with multi-location operators: quick lubes, tire and auto repair shops, car washes and franchise groups. Our systems are used by Kwik Kar, Exxpress Lube, Tire City & Auto, Fast Lube & Oil, Drive & Shine, Charlie's Tire & Fast Lube and the Express Wash Concepts car wash brands.

We also build for other GTA businesses that run on phone calls and repeat admin work, including:

  • Property management and housing co-ops
  • Clinics and front desks
  • Home services and trades
  • Real estate offices
  • Retail and franchise groups

If your business isn't on that list, it's still worth a call. Most of the work is the same: answer customers faster and stop doing the same task by hand every day.

Calls in English, and more

Toronto is one of the most multilingual cities in the world. Your callers may open in English and switch to another language halfway through.

Our agents work in English and Arabic, and can switch mid-call. If your customers often speak another language, tell us on the first call and we'll test it with you before anything goes live. Read about our Arabic AI voice agent.

Privacy and call recording in Ontario

Canadian privacy law expects you to tell people when you collect their information and why. For calls, that usually means a short notice at the start of the call that it may be recorded, and that they're speaking with an automated agent.

We set up the call disclosure with you before the agent answers its first call. Recordings and transcripts are stored with access set by role, and you own your data. For details on hosting options, see our security and deployment page.

What it costs, and how to size it

We quote each build after the first call, because a two-location shop and a forty-location group need very different things. After launch, a monthly maintenance fee covers updates, call audits and support.

How we start

  1. First call. We learn how your business runs and where time and money leak out.
  2. Spec. We write down exactly what we'll build. You approve it before we start.
  3. Pilot. One workflow at one or two locations. We review the results together.
  4. Roll out. If it earns its place, we add locations and the next workflow.

Most pilots start with the phones, because that's where the leak is easiest to see. See how a pilot works.

Frequently asked questions

Still unsure? Ask us directly.

Are you actually based in the Toronto area?

Yes. Trilix AI is based in Vaughan, Ontario. We work with businesses across Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill and the rest of the GTA, and we can meet in person.

Can the AI agent use my current phone number?

Yes. We work with your current numbers and lines. During the spec we agree when the agent picks up, when calls ring the store first and where transfers go.

Do you only work with auto service businesses?

No. Auto service is where we've built the most, but the same voice agents and automations work for clinics, property managers, trades, real estate and retail. We build around how your business runs.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on the build. A phone agent for a few locations is usually the fastest start. We give you a timeline in the spec, before any work begins.
