Text messages from Trilix AI

Program: Trilix AI sales follow-up messages. Trilix AI Inc. (Vaughan, Ontario) sends one-to-one text messages to business owners and managers about a conversation they've had with us: callback and meeting confirmations, information they asked for, and replies to their questions. Messages are sent by a person, never in bulk.

How you opt in

1. On a phone call with our team. Before sending any text, the Trilix AI representative asks:

"Is it okay if I text you the details at this number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime."

Only if you say yes does the representative tap "OK to text" in our calling software, which records your consent with the representative's name, the date and the time. Our software blocks texting any number without that recorded consent. Your first message identifies Trilix AI and says "Reply STOP to opt out."

2. By texting us first at one of our numbers. We'll only reply about your message.
