AI camera analytics at every site
We launched the AI camera project at all of their sites. The cameras feed AI analytics, and the system sends daily and weekly reports automatically.
AI camera analytics at every site, reports that send themselves, and now the back office.
We keep client names private. This page covers what we built for this operator and where the work is going next.
This operator runs quick lube and car wash locations across multiple sites in the US.
When you own more than one site, you can't stand in every bay or watch every wash. You need to know what's going on at each location without driving between them or waiting for someone to pull the numbers together.
The other pressure point was the back office. All the sales data lives in the POS. Turning it into clean books is a lot of manual work, and that work grows with every site.

This part is being built now. We're automating accounting work on top of their POS data. The goal is to let one accountant handle work that used to take three.
The camera side runs on its own. Every day a report goes out. Every week, a longer one. Nobody has to remember to build them, and nobody has to log into a separate tool to see how the sites did.
That matters more than it sounds. Reports that depend on someone pulling them tend to stop when that person gets busy. Reports that arrive on schedule get read.
The accounting work starts from the same idea. The POS already has the data. The goal is to let the automation do the moving, sorting and matching of that data, and leave the accountant with the work that needs a person's judgment.
We're also scoping an app-based unlimited wash membership for their non-tunnel washes.
Unlimited memberships are common at tunnel washes. The idea here is to give customers at the non-tunnel washes a similar option, run through an app. We're working through the scope with the owner now.
The camera reports keep running in the background while that happens.
If you run washes, our car wash page and car wash analytics page show how the pieces fit. For the cameras on their own, see TrixLink camera analytics. For the accounting side, see workflow automation.
Tell us how many sites you run and what you track today. We'll show you what we'd build first.
