AI Call Handling and Automation for a Two-Store Tire and Auto Repair Shop

Two stores, fourteen bays, and a system built around how the shop already works.

We keep client names private. This page covers what we built for this shop. It's a short one, because we'd rather tell you less than tell you something we can't back up.

The situation

This is a tire and auto repair business in the US Southeast with two stores. One has 6 bays. The other has 8.

Shops like this are busy in a way that's hard to plan around. The people who know the answers to customers' questions are the same people working on the cars.

The goal was a system shaped around how these two stores actually run, rather than a generic tool dropped on top of the shop.

What we built

We built AI call handling and workflow automation around their shop.

The call handling deals with the phones. The workflow automation takes care of jobs that would otherwise be done by hand. Both were set up for this business, its two stores and its way of working.

The system fully launched in October 2026.

How it works day to day

Calls come in and the AI handles them, set up for this shop. The automations run in the background on the work they were built for.

When the shop asks for something new, we add it. That's how the system grows: one request at a time, as the shop uses it.

We like working this way with independent shops. You start with the parts that matter most, see them run on your own phones and in your own stores, and build from there.

What's next

More of the same. New automations get added as the shop asks for them.

If you run a tire or repair shop, our tire and auto repair page explains what we usually build first. The AI phone agent page covers the calls, and workflow automation covers the rest.
