AI Voice Agents and Automation for Businesses in Saudi Arabia

Trilix AI builds custom AI for businesses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across the Kingdom. We build Arabic and English voice agents, WhatsApp follow-up, workflow automation and dashboards.

We start with one workflow, prove it works on your real calls and data, then grow from there.

Why Saudi businesses ask us for help

Most of the operators we speak with in the Kingdom have the same few problems.

  • Calls go unanswered at busy times. After Maghrib, on weekends and during Ramadan evenings, the phones ring when staff are busiest.
  • Leads from ad campaigns wait too long. A buyer who called about a property or a service at 11 p.m. has called someone else by morning.
  • Reports are built by hand. Someone in each branch fills a spreadsheet, and head office sees the numbers a week late.
  • Tools don't speak Arabic well. Many AI tools are built for English first, and their Arabic sounds stiff or misses dialect.

What we build

Arabic and English voice agents

An agent that answers every call in natural Arabic or English, switches when the caller does, books appointments and hands off to staff with a summary. Tested with Najdi, Hijazi and other dialects your customers use. See the Arabic AI voice agent.

WhatsApp follow-up

Booking confirmations, location pins, reminders and document requests sent on WhatsApp after the call. The same agent can answer inbound WhatsApp messages.

Workflow automation

Lead routing into your CRM, approvals, daily reports, document processing and data moving between systems that don't talk to each other. See workflow automation.

Dashboards

Every branch on one screen, from your POS, phone and CRM data. See the executive dashboard.

Industries we work with in the Kingdom

Real estate

Lead calls from campaigns, buyer qualification, viewing bookings and follow-up. Our systems are used by Johaar Real Estate in Jeddah. See real estate.

Auto service and fuel stations

Oil change centres, tire shops and station networks get price, wait time and branch calls all day. In North America, our auto service systems are used by operators such as Kwik Kar, Exxpress Lube and Tire City & Auto. See auto service and our Arabic guide for oil change centres.

Construction and industrial

Site reporting, document handling and approvals across projects. See industrial operations.

Retail and franchise

Store questions, complaints and campaign leads, routed to the right branch. See retail and franchise.

Built for how calls sound in Saudi Arabia

Callers mix Arabic and English. They give plate numbers in English letters, prices in Arabic and addresses as a district or landmark. We plan for all of it:

  • Numbers and plates read back and confirmed
  • Prices said in riyals
  • Location pins requested on WhatsApp instead of spelling out addresses
  • Branch and service names added to the agent's vocabulary
  • Branch hours that follow your Ramadan and Eid schedules

We test on your own recordings, with consent, before the agent answers a real customer.

Data protection in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) sets rules for collecting and processing personal data. In practice, that means clear notice to callers, a lawful reason for what you collect, limits on how long you keep it, and care with where data is stored.

We set up call disclosures, recording notices and retention rules with you before launch. Access to recordings is set by role, and you own your data. If you need data hosted in a specific region, we'll discuss the options during the spec. See security and deployment.

How we work with clients in Saudi Arabia

We're based in Vaughan, Canada, and work with Saudi clients remotely and on visits. Meetings are in Arabic or English, scheduled around your working week.

  1. Discovery call. We learn how your business runs and where calls and time are lost.
  2. Spec. We write down exactly what we'll build, in Arabic or English. You approve it first.
  3. Pilot. One workflow at a few branches, tested on real calls.
  4. Roll out. More branches, then the next workflow.

See how a pilot works.

Frequently asked questions

Still unsure? Ask us directly.

Do you work with businesses in both Riyadh and Jeddah?

Yes. We work with businesses across the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar. Most of the work is done remotely, with visits when they help.

Can the agent handle Najdi and Hijazi Arabic?

Yes. We test the agent on your own calls and with callers who speak the dialects your customers use, then tune the vocabulary before launch.

How do you handle PDPL?

We set up call notices, recording consent, retention limits and role-based access with you before launch, and discuss data location during the spec. Your legal team should confirm the final setup.

Can it connect to our CRM and WhatsApp?

Yes, where those systems allow a connection. Calls and leads can be written to your CRM with a summary, and follow-ups sent through WhatsApp's business tools.
